Our Bed & Breakfast is situated in the lovely village of Cairncastle, 1 mile from Ballygally, 6 miles north of Larne and within sight of the Causeway Coastal Route.
It is a bright and fresh, self-contained unit which has a ramped entrance and consists of 2 ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen area and a sun room.
Bedroom 1 has a separate, low level entrance, king size bed and spacious wet room.
Bedroom 2 has a superking bed/ twin beds( if required) and a shower ensuite.
We are also able to offer the use of a sofa bed(double) and travel cot for family bookings.
This would be for a maximum of 6 people.
Each bedroom comes equipped with WiFi and TV.
We also have a patio area with comfortable seating and great scenery.
Off road parking is available and we have facilities where bicycles/motor bikes may be parked.
Arran View is surrounded by stunning scenery and has a splendid view across the sea to Scotland, revealing the hills of the Island of Arran and the Mull of Kintyre. We are also within a short walk of Matties,the local Pub/Restaurant and close to Game of Thrones film sites, Carnfunnock Country Park and the World Famous Causeway Coastal Route and Glens.
Robert and I are an Ulster/Scot couple, he is the Ulster and I am the Scot. Robert is a tour guide at The Gobbins, while I run the B&B. We both enjoy meeting people and sharing the beauty of this area with our guests. Robert is a keen hillwalker and qualified tour guide who is willing to provide walks of the surrounding area. He also enjoys working on genealogy requests, bringing us into contact with people from all over the world. I enjoy music, crafts and gardening.
